1) Reset my password
If you have forgotten your password, at the login
screen click 'Reset my Password'. Enter your
email address in the space provided and then click
submit. If we have your email address on
file, in a few moments you will receive your
login/password information. If your email
address is not on file please send an email to NEED EMAIL ADDRESS HERE. Please be sure to include your
first & last name so that we can update your
email address.

2) How to change your
login/password
Once you have successfully logged in to the site,
on the side index (left) you will see a heading
called 'Personal'. Click on 'Security' and
'Security Edit' will be displayed. Make your
changes to 'Login', 'Password',' 'Verify
Password' and then submit. The next
time you login to the site use this 'new
login/password' combination. to

3) How to edit your
personal record
Under 'Personal' click on your name then select
'Edit' please verify that your personal information
& email address are correct and if needed make
changes. Once completed, click
'Submit'.

4) Understanding cookies
Our SID Member Site stores information in a small
text file, called a "cookie," on your
hard disk. Cookies contain information about
you enabling you to access the site, view
information and make changes to your personal

5) Browser Settings Internet
Explorer
(verify the following settings)
Tools>>Internet Options>>Temporary
Internet Files>>Settings
Check for newer versions of stored pages:
Every visit to the page
Click OK, Apply Close Internet
Options Window
Tools>>Internet
Options>>Security>>Internet (click on
Custom Level)
scroll down until you see 'Cookies' then
enable the following
Allow Cookies that are stored on
your Computer - Enable or Prompt
Allow per-session cookies (not
stored) - Enable or Prompt
Click OK, Apply
Close Internet Options Window

6) Browser Settings
Netscape Navigator
(verify the following settings)
Edit>>Preferences>>Advanced
Cookies: enable 'Accept all cookies' Click
OK
Edit>>Preferences>>Cache
Document in cache is compared to document on
network: enable 'Once per session' Click OK
Close Preferences window
