education programs are accredited by the Council on Chiropractic
Education. There are 15 accredited Colleges and
Universities approved by the CCE and the Department of Education. These
approved educational institutions instruct and prepare chiropractic candidates
on the components required to sit for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. There
are multiple parts to the examinations and each candidate must pass each part
required by their state’s regulatory body. Each state identifies the exam
requirements for their state usually by legislative action.
