WSCA Seeks Legal Advice To Fight for For-Profit Sales of Chiropractic Products and Supplies

Washington State Superior Court recently decided that providers cannot Earn a Profit for Sale of anything other than services, to include orthotics, nutritional supplements, ice and heat packs, pillows or any other supply. The WSCA sees this as a ridiculous decision and has hired lawyer, John Peick, to write an amicus brief which has been accepted by the court. Our position has already been upheld in the King County Court which ruled in our favor. We will notify our active member doctors of the court's decision when it is public.
