Classified Ad Submission Form

All classified ads, regardless of fax, email, or website submission, will be posted to the classified ads section of the website 1 time per week and always on or before the deadline for Plexus. The WSCA makes every effort to post classified ads to the website at our earliest convenience, but should not be expected prior to the plexus deadline for the issue in which it is submitted. Your patience is appreciated.

****** WSCA Classified Advertising Policy & Rates ******

Classified advertising space shall be available in Plexus and the WSCA web site to all chiropractors in Washington and WSCA corporate members. WSCA may accept classified ads from outside advertisers (ie non-chiropractors or chiropractors outside Washington State) in the "DC Wanted", "Space Available" and "Equipment for Sale" categories, subject to pre-approval.

STANDARD AD RATES

SPECIAL MEMBER's ONLY RATES

1. FREE AD in any 2 issues of Plexus each calendar year
2. Additional advertising only $40 per 30-word ad
   (includes 1 issue Plexus + 2 months online)
3. Ads exceeding the 30-word limit incur charge of $.50/additional word
4. Bold enhancment on your ad is available for $15/issue

INACTIVE MEMBER RATES

1. Full price rate of $85 per 30-word ad
   (includes 1 issue Plexus + 2 months online)
2. Ads exceeding the 30-word limit incur charge of $1.00/additional word
3. Bold enhancment on your ad is available for $15/issue

NON-MEMBER RATES

1. Must first gain approval from WSCA to advertise
2. If approved, $120 per 30-word ad
   (includes 1 issue Plexus + 2 months online)
3. Ads exceeding the 30-word limit incur charge of $2.00/additional word
4. Bold enhancment on your ad is available for $15/issue

Deadlines for submitting a classified ad will be on the 15th of every even month prior to the bi-monthly issue.

The deadlines for placing print ads in Plexus are printed in each preceding issue of Plexus at the footer of every page in the classifieds section of Plexus. This printed deadline supercedes the projected deadlines listed on this web site. You may also contact WSCA at 206-878-6055 to find out when the next deadline is for the upcoming issue. Ads are placed on a space available, first-come-first-serve basis. NO refunds will be given for any ads cancelled prior to their expiration date once they have been placed on the WSCA web site.
