The WSCA is alerting its members and non-members alike that we have severed our sponsoring relationship with Dr. Geoff Ricchio.  We have received several member complaints about Dr. Ricchio which could be characterized as:

1.            Failure to perform his contract with members

2.            Failure to cease charging credit cards and making ACH withdrawals from checking accounts once so notified to cancel or cease by the member.

3.           Missed appointments

In addition, Dr. Ricchio committed to share revenues for the April 1, seminar and despite repeated emails and voice mails, has breached that commitment.  He may have undertaken two other seminars on the 24th and 29th of April under the guise of a WSCA sponsored event despite our indications that sponsorship was being withdrawn and the classes removed from our website due to lack of correspondence and payment to the WSCA.

Our corporate attorney, Peick Conniff, P.S. will be pursuing our corporate remedies against Dr. Ricchio in the near future.  We recommend potential customers of Dr. Ricchio exercise caution before making commitments.
